The Post-Partum Self-Care Fair is a welcoming day created especially for mums at every stage of motherhood – from those with newborn babies to mums with older children and beyond.

This is your chance to spend some time focusing on your own health, wellbeing, confidence and self-care, while meeting a fantastic selection of experts who understand the changes motherhood can bring.

Everything is focused on YOU – the strong mama behind the family.

We will also have a programme of special talks, discussions and expert sessions running throughout the day, giving you the chance to hear directly from specialists, ask questions and learn more about the things that matter to you.

Amy Jappy Therapy

I'm Amy, a Therapist based in Hitchin. I specialise in helping new mothers who are experiencing birth
trauma, postnatal anxiety and depression with compassion, care and a personalised approach.
I also offer Confident Childbirth sessions, combining deep relaxation, mindfulness, fear release and
visualisation techniques to help you prepare for an empowering, calm and confident birth.
Alongside birth-related support, I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges
using a flexible, evidence-based approach called Cognitive Hypnotherapy and EMDR, tailored to your
unique needs.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply ready for change, I'm here to help you move
forward with confidence.

My skin and wellness clinic is; Sukhis - helping with skin concerns, restore balance and reveal your healthiest glow, based in Benington, Stevenage, Hertfordshire. I am a mum of 4 in full menopause. My aim is to help my clients feel and look their best from the inside out. My approach includes evidence based skincare, treatments and inner wellness, building results from measurement and tracking.

Napford’s Nibbles is a wife-and-wife baking team passionate about creating one-of-a-kind cakes, alongside cupcakes and biscuits. As a same-sex couple, they take pride in celebrating women and bringing a thoughtful, personal touch to everything they create.

Known for their “weird and wonderful” designs, Napford’s Nibbles crafts bakes that go beyond the ordinary—because every celebration deserves something truly unique.

Gio Trichology & Supplements Ltd
