Amy Jappy Therapy

I'm Amy, a Therapist based in Hitchin. I specialise in helping new mothers who are experiencing birth
trauma, postnatal anxiety and depression with compassion, care and a personalised approach.
I also offer Confident Childbirth sessions, combining deep relaxation, mindfulness, fear release and
visualisation techniques to help you prepare for an empowering, calm and confident birth.
Alongside birth-related support, I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges
using a flexible, evidence-based approach called Cognitive Hypnotherapy and EMDR, tailored to your
unique needs.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply ready for change, I'm here to help you move
forward with confidence.

Down to Earth Reflexology

Down to Earth Reflexology provides deeply relaxing treatments to help ease tension, aid sleep, balance hormones and improve mood, leaving you refreshed and renewed.
Specialist treatments can assist natural conception and support IVF cycles, help with pregnancy challenges and prepare the body for labour, regulate hormones during the menopause and help lymph flow.
Treatments take place from my tranquil treatment room in Letchworth.
Established in 2015, fully qualified and insured. Full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

Sarah O’Connor is a Tantric Shamanic Energy Body Practitioner, teacher, and Soul Doula with over 30 years’ experience in yoga, breathwork, and transformational energy work. She supports deep healing and reconnection through the subtle energy body, bridging spirit and form.

Her work blends Tantric embodiment, shamanic practice, and trauma-sensitive, nervous system–aware approaches. Sarah offers one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats, and ceremonial spaces, both in person and online.

A Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, Rahanni Celestial Teacher, and experienced trainer, she has led Yoga Teacher Trainings and professional development for organisations including the British Wheel of Yoga.

Rooted in decades of practice, Sarah offers a grounded and compassionate path to healing, alignment, and deeper connection.

Gio Supplements

With five clinics across London and Hertfordshire, we are a specialist trichology practice treating hair and scalp disorders in women and men. Harriette helps women reconnect with the power of their cycle and the deep intuition of their womb using breathwork and somatic practices designed specifically for women's wellbeing. Whether through group programs, one-to-one sessions, or menstrual awareness work, Harriette's sessions teach women to reconnect with their breath, their body, and their cycle as a source of wisdom rather than something to manage.
Most women have been taught there's only one version of themselves they should be, consistent, reliable, always on. But your cycle shows you something different. It shows you that you're not broken when you change week to week. You're intelligent. You're many different versions of yourself, and every version has something to offer. When women understand this, everything shifts. They stop apologising for their needs. They start celebrating all the parts of themselves. And they realize that the symptoms and shifts they've been blaming themselves for are actually their body's way of guiding them toward what they need.

Come Along And Meet Us

The show is located at Fortescue Hall, Pixmore Way, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire SG6 3TP

Doors open at 12 midday and the show runs until 3pm. The venue us wheelchair accessible.

Parking: Available for 3 hours for free at Morrisons, Broadway SG6 3TS car park. Parking available for exhibitors only on site.

Train Station: The nearest train station is Letchworth Garden City which is a 5 minute walk to the hall.

Do I need to register to attend?

Yes, registration via Eventbrite using the link here means you are guaranteed entrance. Although we are accepting people on the day if the show is fully booked people will not be able to enter.

How do I apply to exhibit?

Application is easy, simply email our organiser at info@selfcarefair.co.uk with your business details.

Why is the event free for delegates?

We want to bring the best of local services to the local people. Hence we made the event totally free to attend!

I want to take part, how can I get involved?

We are delighted you are interested in joining us. Stalls at the show are chargeable and come with a host of marketing opportunities. If you are unable to make the show in person or cannot commit to a stand then we do have other ways to be involved including our show goodie bags. Please get in touch to speak to our organisers.
